Sam Baldock

Sam Baldock is a Senior Desktop Engineer at 6point6, part of Accenture, since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sam served as the EMEA Operations Team Lead at Datto, Inc. from October 2016 to October 2023, overseeing day-to-day operations in multiple countries, ensuring SLAs were met, and managing helpdesk systems. Sam also worked as an Operations IT Hardware Engineer at Datto and as a Technical Support Engineer at Pulsant, where responsibilities included 24/7 support and server configuration. In addition to technical roles, Sam has experience as a goalkeeper for Wallingford & Crowmarsh FC and Didcot Town Football Club. Education was completed at Highdown School & Sixth Form from 2006 to 2014.
