Eugene Spevakov

Eugene Spevakov, CFA has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and treasury roles. Eugene is currently serving as the Treasurer and Head of Corporate FP&A at 6sense since April 2022. Prior to this, Eugene worked at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation from 2018 to 2022, where they held the positions of Treasurer - Cypress and Infineon Technologies Americas, as well as Sr. Assistant Treasurer (Sr. Director).

Before joining Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, Eugene worked at Marvell Semiconductor as the Director of Treasury from 2014 to 2018. In this role, they led various treasury activities, including investment portfolio rebalancing, insurance consolidation and renewals, and the development of a cash forecasting model.

From 2010 to 2014, Eugene served as the Sr. Treasury Manager at SanDisk. Prior to that, they worked at AT&T as a Lead Financial Analyst in the Treasury department from 2006 to 2010. During their time at AT&T, Eugene also held the position of Lead Financial Analyst from 2006 to 2009.

Eugene's work experience also includes an MBA internship at Hewlett Packard in 2005, where they worked in the Indirect Procurement Department. Additionally, they worked as a Manager/Engineer Design at SBC from 2000 to 2004, where they oversaw engineering projects and managed various stakeholders.

Throughout their career, Eugene has demonstrated strong financial expertise and knowledge in treasury operations, investments, cash flow hedging, and financial analysis. Eugene'sexperience spans across different industries including technology and telecommunications.

Eugene Spevakov, CFA has a diverse education history. Eugene obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management from 2004 to 2006. In 2005, they also participated in an exchange program at the University of Manchester - Manchester Business School as part of their MBA studies.

Prior to their MBA, Eugene completed their undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley from 1994 to 1999. Eugene earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the same institution. During their time at UC Berkeley, they also pursued engineering studies without a specific degree mentioned.

In addition to their academic achievements, Eugene Spevakov has obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute in 2008.
