Javier Castro

Javier Castro has a diverse range of work experience. Javier started their career in 2018 as a Barista at Starbucks, where they focused on delivering excellent customer service and building relationships with customers. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Eastridge Workforce Solutions, where they collaborated with a team of recruiters to schedule interviews and onboard new employees. Javier also ensured compliance requirements were met and maintained applicant data. Most recently, Javier joined 6sense in 2022 as a Recruiting Specialist, where they supported recruiters in coordinating candidate interviews and improved the hiring experience by identifying and offering solutions to challenges. Javier then transitioned to the role of Talent Experience Specialist, where they collaborated with HR and Legal departments to verify background checks for new hire employees, partnered with the Talent Acquisition team on job requisitions, and created standard operating procedures to enhance the onboarding process.

Javier Castro obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from the University of California, Merced, where they studied from 2015 to 2016. In April 2018, they also received a certification in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross.
