Matt Starita

Manager, Customer Success at 6sense

Matt Starita has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matt started their career as a Strategic Marketing Intern at Sony BMG in 2002. After that, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Bigfoot Interactive from 2003 to 2005.

In 2005, Matt joined Epsilon and held multiple positions including Marketing Associate, Assistant Marketing Manager, Account Manager, and Senior Account Manager. During their time at Epsilon, they gained experience in content development, campaign building, subscriber segmentation, and post-campaign reporting. Matt also played an integral role in corporate re-branding initiatives and the integration of company acquisitions. Additionally, they managed external media vendors for advertising placements, direct mail initiatives, and corporate events.

In 2012, Matt became a Customer Success Manager at Responsys, where they further developed their skills in customer success and account management.

In 2014, Matt joined Oracle as a Senior Customer Success Manager and later became a Senior Customer Success Director for Oracle Marketing Cloud. Matt provided customer success leadership and support to clients.

From 2017 to 2020, Matt worked as a Strategic Account Director at Conductor, where they contributed to the growth and success of key accounts.

Currently, Matt is the Customer Success Director at 6sense, where they continue to utilize their expertise in customer success to drive results and strengthen client relationships.

Matt Starita obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Searchlight All-Star Certification from Conductor, Inc. in March 2018, and in Responsys Interact from Responsys in July 2012.
