Nathalie Jimenez has an extensive work experience in various companies. Nathalie started working at Western Union in 2008 as a GSI Specialist and worked there until 2010. Nathalie then joined Teleperformance as a Workforce Analyst from 2010 to 2011 and later became a Team Leader until 2013. In 2014, they joined IBM Global Process Services and worked as a Global Process Service in human resources and finance until 2015. Nathalie then transitioned to IBM Global Business Process Services and worked as an NA Payroll Case Manager and SME from 2015 to 2016. Nathalie then moved to Kyndryl in 2021, where they served as a Contract Commercial Manager until 2022. Nathalie then worked at VMware as a Deal Business Analyst from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working at 6sense as a Deal Desk Analyst. Throughout their career, Nathalie has gained expertise in contract management, compliance, account management, payroll, and workforce analysis.

Nathalie Jimenez has a diverse education history. In 2009, they enrolled in Universidad Latina de Costa Rica to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations. However, it is not specified when they completed this degree or if they obtained it.

In 2010, Nathalie attended Universidad San Marcos and obtained a Technician degree in Human Resources Management and Services. Nathalie completed their studies in 2014.

In 2017, they received the Agile Explorer certification, although the institution that issued the certification is unknown. In 2018, they earned the Earning Advocacy Badge from IBM. In 2020, they completed the IBM Automation Essentials certification from IBM, as well as the People Skills certification that covered topics such as resilience, growth mindset, learning agility, and time management. Finally, in 2022, they obtained an advanced Portuguese certification from Academia Europea Costa Rica.
