Principal Customer Success Manager, Strategic at 6sense

Neil Fiedler has a diverse work experience in customer success and account management roles. Neil is currently working as a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager at 6sense since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Drift as an Enterprise Account Manager from November 2021 to January 2023, and as a Mid Market Account Manager from September 2019 to October 2021.

Before joining Drift, Neil worked at Brightcove for several years, holding various roles including Regional Account Director, Senior Account Director, Account Director, and Senior Account Manager. In these positions, they managed and mentored a team of sales reps, facilitated strategic conversations with key accounts, cultivated relationships with internal executive leadership, and advised customers on maximizing their investment in the Brightcove platform.

Neil also has experience working at Avid Technology as a Customer Success Team Lead, where they provided advanced support for Avid's products and managed customer cases in Salesforce. Additionally, they worked at New England Sports Network as a Senior Staff Production Assistant.

Neil Fiedler studied Communications with a focus on Broadcast Journalism at Boston University. Neil also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. In addition to their formal education, Neil has obtained several certifications. Neil is certified in Sales Operations Science from GreenFig, Conversational Marketing from Drift, Inbound Marketing from HubSpot, and Digital Marketing from General Assembly. Furthermore, Neil holds a certification as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher from YogaWorks, Inc., acquired in 2015.
