Radhika Potdar

Radhika Potdar has a diverse work experience in various technical and customer success roles. Radhika is currently working at 6sense as a Senior Technical Analyst, where they started in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at SMS-Magic from 2019 to 2022. At SMS-Magic, they held roles as a Solution Engineer, Senior Customer Success Engineer, and Customer Success Engineer. In their roles, they gained experience in implementation and integration for CRM platforms such as Zoho and Salesforce. Radhika also worked on functional dashboards and reports and received numerous appreciation reviews for integrating product tools. Additionally, they were responsible for maintaining the Salesforce platform by monitoring support tickets, resolving user issues, and building automations.

Radhika Potdar began their education at Holy Cross Convent High School in Kolhapur, where they completed their high school studies and obtained their SSC degree. Radhika then attended Shri Swami Vivekanand Shikshan in Kolhapur from 2012 to 2015, where they completed their HSC degree in the science field. Following this, Radhika pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering at Sinhgad College of Engineering from 2015 to 2019. In July 2021, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce.
