Jalpa Bhalala has previous work experience in various companies and roles. In 2012, they worked as a Java Developer at RSCTC Pvt Ltd. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Sr. Software Developer and Magento Developer at Ambab Infotech Pvt Ltd. Currently, since 2019, they hold the position of Lead Engineer and Magento Developer at 6thStreet.com.

Jalpa Bhalala completed their SSC degree at Ramkrishna Vidhyabhavan from 2000 to 2006. They then pursued a B.Sc.IT degree in Information Technology from Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandals Usha Pravin Gandhi College of Management, Mumbai - 400056, from 2009 to 2012.
