Melissa N. has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as an Account Executive at Yellow Book USA from 2006 to 2008. Melissa then transitioned to Citysearch.com as an Account Executive in 2009, where they focused on digital marketing and new business development.

In 2011, Melissa joined Dun & Bradstreet as a Senior Business Information Consultant, where they utilized consultative selling techniques to acquire new customers for B2B intelligence solutions.

From 2015 to 2018, Melissa served as the VP of Customer Success at LimeLeads.com, a platform for finding premium sales leads. In this role, they provided professional support, generated leads, and exceeded revenue goals through strategic account management.

Following LimeLeads.com, Melissa worked as a Senior Account Executive and Strategic Account Manager at Rewards Network from 2016 to 2020. Melissa'sresponsibilities included managing regional restaurants, optimizing revenue, and cultivating strategies to increase retention.

Melissa then joined Texas Label Printers, LLC in 2020, where they held positions as VP Sales, Consumables and Vice President Operations, spearheading efficiency strategies and leading the launch of a new division.

In 2018, Melissa took on the role of Head Producer - Houston at This Is My Brave, Inc., an organization focused on ending the stigma surrounding mental health. Melissa recruited and led a production team, contributing to the success of the show.

Most recently, Melissa serves as the Founder and Consultant at Melissa Nolan Marketing, a venture aimed at leveraging their skills and knowledge to assist other businesses with branding, marketing, sales, and customer success, with a focus on the full customer lifecycle.

Melissa N. holds a High School Diploma in General Studies from Monsignor Kelly High School. Later, they attended St. Edward's University, where they earned a BA in Communication Studies with honors (Magna Cum Laude). Additionally, Melissa has obtained certifications in R3 Solution Selling and Sales Excellence from the Acclivus Corporation in March 2014, as well as a Google Adwords Certification from Google in January 2009.
