Robert Switajewski

Robert Switajewski is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and retail law. Currently serving as the Head of Legal for Retail Operations at 7-Eleven Australia since November 2019, Robert leads a team of lawyers supporting key areas such as Property, Franchising, and Risk & Compliance. Prior to this role, Robert held positions at Lion, Allygroup, and Philip Morris International, where responsibilities included managing legal issues across multiple jurisdictions, overseeing significant commercial disputes, and participating in M&A projects. Robert's career began at Fisher Jeffries and Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P., focusing on litigation and product liability. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Adelaide, alongside a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of South Australia.
