Evelyn Ng Li Chen is an experienced Recruitment Manager with extensive expertise in overseeing recruitment and HR functions across the Asia-Pacific region, including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, China, and Thailand. Currently serving as the Recruitment Manager at 7-Eleven Malaysia since March 2020, Evelyn previously held similar roles at Landmark Group and Valiram Group, along with a senior managerial position at The Dairy Farm Group. With a robust background in developing manpower planning, staffing strategies, and recruitment policies, Evelyn has consistently aimed to acquire and position the right talent to meet business needs. Educationally, Evelyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
