Shwu Fai Lai

Shwu Fai Lai has extensive experience in the field of information technology and operations management, currently serving as the Head of System Management and Operation IT at 7-Eleven Malaysia since September 2014. Prior to this role, Shwu Fai Lai held the position of Assistant Vice President at Citibank from August 2005 to September 2014, demonstrating a strong background in managing complex systems and driving operational efficiency in high-pressure environments.
