Yong Long Lim

Yong Long Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, technology consulting, and counseling. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of People & Culture at 7-Eleven Malaysia since November 2021, Yong Long Lim specializes in learning and development, people analytics, and total rewards. Previous roles at 7-Eleven Malaysia included Manager of Talent Management, focusing on succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement. Prior to this, Yong Long Lim worked at Accenture as a Technology Consultant where responsibilities included web application development and UI/UX enhancements. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from HELP University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lancaster University.
