Ashlee Mohammed

Ashlee Mohammed is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Group Talent Lead at The ANSA McAL Group since May 2022, Ashlee previously held the position of HR Talent Officer at the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation, focusing on talent acquisition and employee relations. Ashlee's background includes serving as a Senior Human Resource Professional at the Government Human Resources Company Limited, managing strategic HR projects, and working as a Junior Advisor at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, coordinating assessment centers for Master's programs. Ashlee's career began as a Human Resource Trainee at the Ministry of Works and Transport. Ashlee holds a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies with minors in Human Resources and Finance from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
