Jack Leeney

Jack Leeney is a Founding Partner of 7GC based in San Francisco, CA. Jack led the firm’s investments in Cheddar, Capsule, hims, Jyve, Roofstock, The Mom Project and Jio Platforms.

Jack serves as a Board Director for The Mom Project and PropTech Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: PTAC), focuses on growth stage investment opportunities and manages the firm's day to day operations.

Prior to 7GC Jack was the Head of US Investing for Telefonica Ventures and an investor at Hercules Capital where he served on the Board of 7 investments, oversaw 3 IPOs and 6 M&A exits in his portfolio. Jack began his career at Morgan Stanley as a tech investment banker and worked on the IPOs of Tesla, LinkedIn and Pandora.

Jack has served as an advisor to the Governments of UK, Spain and Portugal on VC strategy and earned a Bachelor degree at Syracuse University.
