Shannon Sarna serves as Editor of The Nosher. She first began her career in the Jewish communal world at Hillel International as special assistant to the president, and then served as communications manager for The Samuel Bronfman Foundation. Her love of challah and exploring diverse cuisines inspired a professional transition into Jewish food. She is author of two cookbooks, Modern Jewish Baker and Modern Jewish Comfort Food and has been featured in Better Homes & Gardens Magazine, Bake from Scratch Magazine, The Kitchn, Food52, Bon Appetit and USA Today.
