Tahirah Edwards Byfield

Tahirah Edwards Byfield has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Tahirah started as an Administrator at Bigga Fish in 2006 and then moved on to become a Creative trainee and broadcast assistant at BBC 1Xtra in 2008. Tahirah also gained experience as a Radio producer/presenter and Artist liaison manager at BANG FM from 2007 to 2010.

In 2009, Tahirah worked as an Editorial assistant and contributor at SoulCulture. Tahirah then joined GWOP, a digital start-up for youth enterprise, where they served as a Senior Content Manager from 2012 to 2013. During their time at GWOP, they were responsible for managing content output, project management, copywriting, and development of marketing material. Tahirah also played a key role in the development of an education product and successfully participated in two trade shows.

From 2010 to 2014, Tahirah worked at Yin&Yang as a Family member and senior editor. In 2013, they joined AKQA as a Creative Copywriter and later became a Senior Copywriter. Tahirah worked on various projects and gained experience in both creative and copywriting roles.

Tahirah also worked at Saatchi & Saatchi as a Senior Copywriter in 2017 before joining Three's a Crowd in 2019 as a Member. Most recently, Tahirah has been working at 72andSunny since 2018, initially as a Senior Writer and later as a Creative Director, where they have been involved in leading creative projects.
