Nick Lenz Cesar

Nick Lenz Cesar is a seasoned Lead Producer with extensive experience in the video game industry and a strong background in project management, design, and business development. Currently at 775 Interactive Inc since January 2025, Nick oversees various production aspects including investment decks and design. Previously, while at Thirdverse from May 2023 to February 2025, Nick earned the Employee of the Year award in 2023 for impactful contributions to design and engineering, and successfully managed cross-functional teams on the 4.9-star rated X8 VR game. Nick's prior roles at Beatshapers included leading game production and engineering efforts, contributing to project X8, and developing a VR multiplayer lobby system. Additional experience includes B2B sales management at Glocalize Yourself Srls and sales operations leadership at Tarundu Empreendimento Comercias Ltda. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from John Cabot University.
