Timo Lappalainen

Timo Lappalainen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Timo co-founded 7ense in 2023 and founded True Diamonds Analytics in 2022. In 2015, they co-founded True Diamonds and successfully built training programs for young leaders. Timo also expanded their skills with additional coaching competences. From 2017 to 2019, Timo worked as a partner at Bankify Ltd. At Datpro Oy, they served as the Lead Advisor from 2013 to 2015, where they led the delivery team and worked as a project manager. Prior to that, Timo had roles at Berner as a Department Manager and SAP Development Manager. Timo also worked at Roche Diagnostics as a Business Controller and IT Coordinator, and at Nokia as a Global Concept Owner. Timo's early career included a role as a Controller at Berner Ltd and as the Corporate Relations Project Coordinator at Helsinki School of Economics - Information Technology Program (ITP).

Timo Lappalainen earned an MSc. in Economics from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu between 1995 and 2003. Timo also participated in an exchange program at UNSW in 2002. In 2007, Timo completed the Controller Excellence development program at Efektor Oy. In 2012-2013, they obtained a Specialist Qualification in Business Management from Omnia / Aspectum Oy. Timo furthered their education at Helsingin Psykoterapiainstituutti from 2015 to 2017, studying Ratkaisukeskeinen työnohjaus. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including those in data applications, leadership mentoring, and workplace training.
