Alex Holden

Alex Holden has a strong background in various roles within the technology and communications industries. Alex started their career as a Resource Development Assistant at Metro Parks Tacoma in 2013. From there, they worked as a Public Relations Intern at Waggener Edstrom Communications in 2014 before moving on to Richmond Public Relations, where they served as an Account Coordinator, managing PR campaigns and building relationships with clients.

In 2015, Alex took on the role of Web Specialist at Pacific Northwest Shop, where they focused on managing online tasks and increasing sales on Amazon. Alex then transitioned to Zones, LLC, where they were a Microsoft Surface Product Specialist and later a Program Manager, responsible for managing projects related to Microsoft products.

Alex's career then took him to Bridge Partners, where they worked as a Teams Project Manager, overseeing customer engagement projects and marketing content creation for Microsoft Teams. Alex was later promoted to the position of Teams Program Manager, where they co-ran a customer acceleration program and managed marketing initiatives.

Most recently, Alex joined JeffreyM Consulting as a Teams Product Manager for Microsoft. In this role, they collaborated with Microsoft partners to design, develop, publish, and monetize Teams applications, expanding their user market and enhancing product capabilities.

Throughout their career, Alex has demonstrated a strong dedication to client services and customer success, leveraging their expertise in technology and communications to drive growth and improve collaboration within organizations.

From 2009 to 2014, Alex Holden attended Pacific Lutheran University. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on Communication and Media Studies.
