Monika Schubert is the Inhaberin of Monika Schubert - change . culture since January 2005, specializing in the development of future-oriented, values-based organizational cultures and leadership roles. Monika currently serves as a Consultant and Transformations Coach at Living Organisations and as a CTT Certified Consultant at Barrett Values Centre. Previous roles include membership at sustainable natives eG, and teaching positions at FHGR Fachhochschule Graubünden and Erich Pommer Institut gGmbH, focusing on leadership and women's empowerment in media. Monika has also held positions in acting and as a studio leader at Acting Studio Berlin, with a background as a film and theater actress spanning several decades. Monika's education includes degrees from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and International Theater Academy LOT, along with certification as a systemic coach.
