Charles Wathen

Charles Wathen, PMP has extensive work experience in the fields of environmental compliance management and the United States Air Force. Charles currently holds the position of National Learning and Development Director at 7G Environmental Compliance Management, which they assumed in March 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Regional Manager at the same company from January 2021 to March 2022. Before joining 7G, Charles spent 20 years in the United States Air Force, where they held various roles including Quality Assurance Manager, Contract Officer Representative, Safety and Compliance Inspector, and Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge/Fuels Distribution. Additionally, they served as a Technical Training Instructor, Course Supervisor, Fuels Apprentice Course, and Dormitory Management at the Air Force. Charles Wathen's work experience showcases their expertise in environmental compliance, management, and fuel distribution.

Charles Wathen, PMP, has a diverse education history. Charles obtained a Professional Management Certification from the Community College of the Air Force in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Applied Science of Information and Teaching Technology in 2013-2015, also from the Community College of the Air Force. In 2003-2009, they completed an Associate of Science degree in Applied Science of Logistics Management, also from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2020.
