Nicole Parker

Nicole Parker, CPA, currently serves as the Director of FP&A at 7shifts, where responsibilities include building the FP&A function and mentoring a team to support strategic decision-making. Previous roles at 7shifts include Senior Manager and FP&A Manager, where contributions included scaling the FP&A function, supporting an $80 million Series C funding round, and enhancing financial processes. Earlier experience at PwC Canada as a Senior Associate involved leading teams during audits, advocating for digital transformation in audit processes, and assisting in risk identification. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan and completed the CPA Professional Education Program through CPA Canada.
