Reecha Mall has extensive work experience in the field of product management and leadership. Reecha currently serves as the Product Lead for Pay Products at 7shifts: Team Management for Restaurants. Prior to this, Reecha founded their own company, ProductGenix, where they held the role of Founder & Chief Product Officer. Here, they focused on designing ideal product organization structures, achieving product market fit, and optimizing current products through continuous innovation. Reecha has also held significant positions at MonetizeMore as the Director of Product, Aya Care as the Chief Product Officer, TD as a Senior Manager, Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Manager - Projects, and Infosys as a Technology Analyst.

Reecha Mall holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from DIT University. Reecha also completed a Senior Secondary degree in Science from Delhi Public School in India. Additionally, Reecha has obtained certifications including a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from Scrum Alliance, as well as a Fellow, Academy for Healthcare Management from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
