Dan Michelson

Dan Michelson is the Founder and CEO of InCommon, focusing on developing AI-powered applications to enhance employee productivity, engagement, and retention since May 2022. Michelson serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, where guidance is provided to graduate students on strategic decision-making. As an Advisor at 7wireVentures since February 2023, support is offered to start-up CEOs in refining their growth strategies. Previously, Michelson held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Strata Decision Technology from May 2012 to May 2022, leading significant growth and establishing the healthcare financial planning and analytics market. Earlier roles include Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at Allscripts, contributing to the expansion of the Electronic Health Record market, and various managerial positions at Baxter and AstraZeneca. Michelson holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA in Marketing and Management from DePaul University.
