Matija Grcic

Matija Grcic is an accomplished software architect and developer with extensive experience since 2011. Currently serving as Frontend Architect and Senior Software Developer at 8 West Consulting and Principal Software Architect at EMG Consulting since January 2017, Matija has also contributed as a Full-Stack Web Developer at DSI | DeCare Systems Ireland from November 2014 to January 2017 and at the University Computing Centre from February 2012 to October 2014. Early career experience includes an internship at Ekobit in May 2011, where Matija developed a software application for database value validation. Matija has conducted speaking engagements on React with TypeScript and TypeScript Deep Dive in Croatia and Ireland, respectively. Academically, Matija holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Zagreb and has participated in an Erasmus Intensive Programme on eDiscovery and Digital Forensics in Amsterdam.
