Tracy Canipe

Tracy Canipe has a diverse and extensive work experience in engineering, maintenance, and management roles.

From 2016 to the present, they worked as the Chief of Engineering & Design at 80 Acres Farms.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, Tracy worked at Del Monte Foods, Inc. as a Plant Engineer. In this role, they managed capital and repair projects, implemented new strategies for performance improvement, reduced repair parts inventory, and oversaw major plant and facilities construction and upgrades.

From 2002 to 2015, Tracy worked at Tyson Foods as a Facilities/Engineering/Maintenance Manager, where they utilized their expertise in managing facilities, engineering, and maintenance operations.

Finally, Tracy's earlier work experience includes a long tenure from 1987 to 2001 at Dean Foods, where they served as a Plant Superintendent.

Tracy Canipe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of the People. Tracy also holds a Certificate in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In addition to their formal education, Tracy has obtained various certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from ExpertRating Inc. in August 2019, an SQF "Implementing SQF Systems" (Post-Farm Gate) certification from the SQF Institute in March 2014, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from AdvancePierre Foods in May 2013.
