Kritika Padhy

Kritika Padhy is an experienced public relations professional with a specialization in start-up and technology sectors, currently serving as Account Director at 80 dB Communications since September 2015. In this role, Kritika consults clients in the Fintech and Technology sectors, focusing on integrated marketing communication plans and strategic insights. Kritika's responsibilities include complete client operational delivery, coaching junior team members, and managing finance and HR/Admin functions. Prior to this, Kritika held positions in credit management at Kotak Mahindra Bank and Indiabulls, and began a career in software engineering at Nucleus Software Exports. Kritika holds an MBA in Finance from ICFAI Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Communications Engineering from the Institute of Technology and Management.
