Eric Chen

Eric Chen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Eric is currently the Head of AV and Collaboration at 802. Prior to this, Eric worked as a Solutions Architect at DTEN, an Infrastructure Engineer at NYDIG, and an AV Engineer at Better.com. Eric also held the position of Global UC Engineer at WW (formerly Weight Watchers). Eric's experience includes working as the Lead Corporate Audio Visual Engineer for The We Company, where they played a key role in Unified Communication, AV infrastructure design, and implementation. Eric significantly increased efficiency by implementing design ideas that streamlined workflow of the CRM system. Before that, Eric worked as a Lead Audio Visual Technician at Columbia University in the City of New York and as a Managing Partner Event Manager at Limitless Music Inc. Eric began their career as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Con Edison, where they excelled in resolving customer inquiries and complaints, managing customer accounts, and processing applications and orders.

Eric Chen obtained a Certificate in Audio Engineering from the Institute of Audio Research from 2004 to 2005. In addition, they also obtained the certification of AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2021.
