Travis Kanafani

Travis Kanafani has extensive work experience in finance and consulting. Travis is currently serving as the Managing Director at 8020 Consulting since 2015. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Global Finance at Prime Focus World from 2014 to 2015. At Prime Focus World, they played a key role in merger acquisition, strategic finance, operational strategy, and financial planning and analysis. Travis also served as the Director of Finance - Transaction Services & Turnaround and Restructuring at FTI Consulting from 2008 to 2014. In this role, they provided advisory services to multinational companies and worked on various restructuring engagements. Before that, they worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG from 2005 to 2008, where they performed audits and provided transaction advisory support.

Travis Kanafani has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accountancy from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Travis also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Finance & Accountancy from the University of San Diego. In addition, Travis has certifications as a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) from the AIRA-Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors and as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), although their CPA license is currently inactive.
