Keshar Sheridan

Keshar Sheridan possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People and Head of Talent Acquisition at Grow Therapy since January 2022, Keshar also advises at 81cents and contributes as a founding member of the old girls club, both from February 2022. Previous roles include positions at Headway as a recruiter, Galileo as Director of Talent Acquisition, and Oscar Health as Recruiting Manager and Senior Recruiter. Keshar's career began at Randstad, where multiple roles spanned from Assistant Branch Manager to Staffing Consultant, showcasing a strong background in sales strategy and recruitment. Keshar holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Luther College.
