Michelle Fuentes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michelle started their career as a Library Circulation & Stacks Project Executive at the University of Southern California, where they managed inventory operations and executed ad-hoc projects. Michelle also worked as a Marshall Advising and Student Affairs Intern at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business.

Michelle then transitioned into the tech industry, working as an Operations Specialist at Bird, where they handled various operational tasks. Michelle later joined Albert as a Recruiting Coordinator, supporting recruiters in streamlining recruiting processes and enhancing the candidate experience.

Michelle also gained experience in business operations and strategy through a skills-based mentorship program at The Commons. During their time there, they focused on data analysis projects, built market performance models, and developed an understanding of tech business models.

Recently, Michelle has been working in the tech startup ecosystem. Michelle joined 81cents as an Operations + Customer Success professional and is currently a Community Manager at Elpha.
