Molly Parent

Molly Parent currently serves as the Director of Communications at Mount Tamalpais College, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a communications plan to engage diverse stakeholders and raise awareness about the college's programs for incarcerated individuals. Since January 2017, Molly has been a Co-Owner of Point Reyes Books, and previously held various roles at 826 Valencia, including Communications Manager and Programs Manager, focusing on external communications and educational programming for youth. Earlier experience includes a position as a Bookseller and Events/Web Coordinator at Green Apple Books and a Marketing Assistant role at the Center for the Art of Translation. Molly Parent holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Writing from UC San Diego.
