Susan Kasko

Susan Kasko has extensive experience in talent development and learning initiatives, serving as Senior Director and Director of Talent Development at 84 Lumber. Previously, Susan held several leadership roles at DICK'S Sporting Goods, including Director of Learning and Development and Director of Leadership and Professional Development. Additional experience includes serving as Manager of Leadership and Professional Development and as an Assessor at Development Dimensions International. Susan began a career as a Senior Performance Consultant at US Airways. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University and an MBA with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
