Ofer Sharon

Ofer Sharon serves as the CEO of OncoHost since May 2019, focusing on personalized cancer therapy strategies through proprietary proteomic analysis to combat therapy resistance. Additionally, Ofer is a member of 8400 - The Health Network and a mentor at Techcode Accelerator TLV, where support is provided to healthcare startups in strategy and business development. As a co-founder and president of Valera Health Inc., an innovative mental health startup, Ofer combines analytics and digital therapeutics for effective behavioral wellness management. Previous roles include Medical Director at Merck, VP of Medical Development at Nanopass Technologies Ltd, Director of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs at NotalVision Ltd, and Medical & Product Manager at Roche Pharmaceuticals. Ofer holds an MBA in marketing and finance and an MD in medicine, both from Tel Aviv University.
