Chin - May is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Designer at 84.51˚ since January 2024, Chin focuses on product design for Kroger's analytics division. Previous roles include Lead/Manager of Product Design at Upwork, where leadership was provided for the Search & Discovery team, and Director of Product Design at Career Karma, part of Y Combinator's 2019 batch. Additional significant positions held include Design Lead at Yonder, Director of Product Design and Principal Product Designer at GreenPath Financial Wellness, and Founder & Principal at Insighto LLC, specializing in behavioral research and user experience. Chin's earlier experience includes leading user experience initiatives for high-profile clients at Vectorform and conducting graduate research at Oakland University and Ball State University, culminating in a PhD in Cognitive Psychology & Behavioral Economics from Oakland University.
