Hussam Almuayad

Hussam ALMuayad has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. Hussam started as a Research Assistant at Boston University, where they contributed to research publications in the field of biomedical engineering. Hussam then worked as an Engineering Specialist at Sorin - CRM USA from 2011 to 2012. Following this, they served as the Manager Biomedical Engineer at AppliedGenetics from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, Hussam joined Fooda as a Research Consultant, where they focused on analyzing transactional data and developing models and algorithms to optimize sales. Hussam also worked as a Lecturer at the University of Chicago, teaching a course on Python for Analytics from 2017 to 2019. In 2018, they joined Navistar Inc as a Lead Data Scientist. Currently, Hussam serves as the Lead Data Scientist at 84.51°.

Hussam ALMuayad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Laboratory Medicine from the American University of Beirut in 2005. Hussam then pursued a Masters of Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering at Boston University from 2006 to 2010. In 2016, Hussam attended the University of Chicago, where they completed a Master's of Science degree in Data Science and Analytics in 2017.
