Shaan Zaveri has extensive work experience in various leadership and strategy roles. In 2015, they joined 84.51° as the Vice President of Personalization & Loyalty Strategy, a position they currently hold. Before that, they served as Vice President of Fresh Merchandising Analytics & Strategy from 2020 to 2023. Prior to joining 84.51°, Shaan worked at dunnhumby from 2010 to 2015, starting as a Senior Associate and progressing to the role of Director of Client Leadership. Shaan'sresponsibilities included embedding customer insights into brand and market strategies for leading Consumer Packaged Goods companies. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant and Business Analyst at Accenture from 2007 to 2010, where they focused on developing strategies for clients in sectors such as Telecom, Government, and Financial Services. Shaan Zaveri also has experience as a Research and Development Engineer at Haemonetics, where they developed safety beacons for blood management devices, and as an Electrical Design Engineer at Textron Systems and Phoenix Electric Corp.
Shaan Zaveri has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Business Management from Northeastern University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Lean from LAI Lean Academy in 2005.
