Onboarding Manager (East Region) at 86 Repairs

Michael Fandrey has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael started their career at Target as a Target Protection Specialist, where they excelled and was promoted to Senior Target Protection Specialist. In this role, they were a district trainer and top performer in loss prevention asset recovery.

After their time at Target, Michael joined GO-minos, LLC as the CEO and Co-Founder. Michael played a crucial role in developing the on-the-go supplement company from scratch, including logo design, website creation, product development, and incorporating marketing strategies through social media to increase brand awareness.

Following their entrepreneurial venture, Michael joined Breakthru Beverage Group. Michael initially worked as a Wine Sales Representative, responsible for managing 120+ "C-Drug" stores. Michael was later promoted to E & J Gallo Fine Wine Sales Representative, where they handled the top 15 highest volume retail stores in the district, generating approximately $1 million in annual sales.

Most recently, Michael worked at 86 Repairs. Michael started as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on maintaining customer relationships and managing commercial level vendor relationships. As the role evolved, they introduced process changes such as after-hours shift scheduling and work-flow management for new requests. Michael also participated in training newly hired team members. Michael was later promoted to Preventative Maintenance Manager, where they grew the department and provided data and insights to customers for their scheduled maintenance programs. Finally, they became the Onboarding Manager (East Region), leading a team to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for new customers, address scalability and customer retention challenges, and collaborate with the engineering team to provide data analytics for the launch of a new app.

Throughout their career, Michael has displayed a diverse skill set, including leadership, sales, customer relationship management, marketing, and process improvement.

Michael Fandrey attended Florida Atlantic University from 2008 to 2014. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
