Travis Baiza has worked in the restaurant and beer industries since 2009. Theirmost recent role is Account Manager at 86 Repairs, a repair and maintenance management platform built for the restaurant industry. Prior to this, they were Market Manager at CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective, where they managed 500,000 CEs through three distributors. From 2014 to 2019, they held the role of Account Manager at Windy City Distributing, Field Support Representative at Chicago Beverage Systems, Assistant Beer Buyer at Standard Market, Sampling Team at Goose Island Beer Company, and Ambassador of Beer at Louis Glunz Beer Inc. Travis began their career in 2009 as a Solution Center Analyst at Microsystems, where they provided first-level software support.

Travis Baiza received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Television Production from Columbia College Chicago in 2008. In July 2022, they obtained a CS Leadership Cert from Sales Assembly. In March 2022, they obtained an AM (quota carrying) cert from Sales Assembly. In July 2014, they obtained a Certified Cicerone\u00ae from the Cicerone Certification Program.
