Ofer Siloni

Ofer Siloni has a strong background in management and engineering, with experience in various companies. Ofer started their career as a Software Developer at Comverse Technology, Inc. in 1995 and then moved on to work as a Developer at Balisoft in 1998. In 1999, they returned to Comverse Technology, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing projects and teams. From 2001 to 2004, Ofer worked as a Regional Technical Director at Comverse Technology, Inc. In 2004, they became an AVP R&D, leading a group of over 100 engineers in the development of the next generation messaging platform.

In 2007, Ofer joined Telmap as a VP Professional Services, where they were responsible for technical delivery and operations. Ofer then became the Chief Operating Officer in 2009, managing all technical and engineering departments and building an offshore organization in Bucharest, Romania. In 2014, Ofer joined 888holdings as the VP R&D Gaming, leading the Casino and Poker engineering organizations and implementing modern working procedures in two locations.

Ofer Siloni attended Tel Aviv University from 1992 to 1995 and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Science & Economics.
