Anil Agrawalla

Anil Agrawalla has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and asset reliability. Anil is currently serving as the Sr. Director, Head of Engineering at 8th Avenue Food & Provisions since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Sr. Director, Asset Reliability at the same company from November 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining 8th Avenue Food & Provisions, Anil worked as the Director of Maintenance and Reliability at Kerry from March 2020 to January 2022. Anil also served as the Regional Manager, Preventive Maintenance at Nestlé Waters from May 2018 to March 2020.

Anil's earlier work experience includes roles such as Sr. Reliability Consultant at Life Cycle Engineering from March 2015 to May 2018, Principal Reliability Engineer at Baxalta in 2014, Reliability & Maintenance Engineer at Aramark Facility Services from 2009 to 2014, and Design Engineer (Shutdowns) at Computech Engineering from 2007 to 2009.

Anil Agrawalla obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Prosci Change Management Certification in July 2015, Level 2 Infrared Thermography from the Infrared Training Center in December 2013, Level 1 Vibration Analyst from Mobius Institute - Reliability Improvement and Condition Monitoring Training in July 2013, Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional from SMRP in October 2009, Level 1 Airborne and Structure Borne Ultrasound Certified from SDT International sa nv in August 2009, and EIT (Engineer-In-Training) from NCEES in October 2007.
