Carolyn Saxton

Carolyn Saxton is an experienced professional in food safety and quality management, currently serving as the Director of Food Safety & Quality at 8th Avenue Food & Provisions since April 2025. Prior to this role, Carolyn held multiple positions at McCain Foods from August 2007 to May 2025, including Senior Manager of Food Safety & Quality Operations for North America, overseeing food safety and quality at US manufacturing sites and managing plant Food Safety & Quality Managers. Additional responsibilities included serving as the Customer Quality Manager for the McDonald's Business Unit, focusing on product quality optimization and new product development, and handling customer technical support for key accounts like Burger King and Subway. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutritional Sciences from the University of Manitoba, obtained in 2005.
