Deepashri Khare

Deepashri (Deeps) Khare joined 8th Avenue Food and Provisions in August of 2022 as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Khare brings with her a diverse experience profile of 22+ years spanning different sectors like Agriculture, Investment Banking, and Manufacturing across different geographies globally. Ms. Khare has held global HR leadership roles designing People strategies and innovative HR solutions across organizations like Monsanto, Syngenta, and Lehman Brothers.

Most recently, she served as the CHRO of Sigma Engineered Solutions. Ms. Khare is passionate about employee engagement and development and is focused on building an inclusive, future-focused culture where employees thrive and the organization achieves maximum success.
