John P. Lavey

John Lavey joined Post Holdings, Inc. in March 2017 as Senior Counsel for the Attune Food Group which included the Golden Boy Foods nut butter and healthy snacks businesses, and the Attune Foods granola business. As Associate General Counsel, Mr. Lavey serves as the lead attorney for all private brands' business segments and provides legal advice and representation in a variety of areas. Prior to joining Post, Mr. Lavey was in-house counsel with Abbvie, Inc., and Senior Commercial Counsel with Energizer Holdings, Inc. Mr. Lavey received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and J.D. from the IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law.
