Kerlin Serna

Kerlin Serna has worked in the software testing field since 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Tata Consultancy Services as an Analyst in Tests, where they were responsible for test analysis, test plan design, test execution, test documentation, testing in the banking sector, and testing in the web and AS400 environments. In 2019, they moved to First Data Corporation, where they held the same role and was responsible for test analysis, test plan design, test execution, test documentation, testing in the banking sector, and testing in the web and Vision+ environments. In 2020, they moved to Q-Vision Technologies as a Software Test Analyst, where they were responsible for test analysis, test plan design, execution of manual and automatic tests, test documentation, tests in the banking sector, and tests in the web and mobile environments. Finally, in 2021, they joined RealPage, Inc. as a QA Engineer II, where they were responsible for test analysis, test plan design, test execution, test documentation, and creation and monitoring of test data. Kerlin is currently employed at 8base as a QA Engineer.

Kerlin Serna has a diverse education background. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) where they obtained a Tecnologa en administracion de redes de computadores. From 2012 to 2017, they attended Institución Universitaria ITM where they obtained a Tecnologa in Tecnología informática/Tecnología de sistemas informáticos. From 2012 to 2020, they attended Institución Universitaria ITM where they obtained a Ingenieria in Ingeniería de sistemas. Lastly, in 2019, they attended Institución Universitaria ITM where they obtained a Diplomado de Seguridad Informática in Diplomado de Seguridad Informática.
