Denise Rizo-Patron

Denise works with Ian Shannon as the firm's associate general counsel. Prior to joining 8VC, Denise was at Vela Wood, P.C. where she practiced general corporate law with a focus on venture capital financings. Prior to Vela Wood, she was at DLA Piper.

Denise received both her B.B.A. and J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin.
