Cian Leahy

Cian Leahy is an experienced professional in quality engineering and software testing, currently serving as Senior Director for Quality Engineering at 8x8 since December 2018. Previously, Cian held various leadership roles, including Head of QA, Data & Reporting and Head of QA at Reevoo from March 2014 to November 2018. Cian's career includes significant contributions as Head of QA at NICE Systems, where the focus was on enhancing the scalability of the NICE Fizzback QA function post-acquisition in 2011, and establishing Best in Class QA practices at Fizzback prior to its acquisition by NICE. Cian also managed software testing at AIRCOM International and began a career in software engineering at Logica and Alcatel. Cian holds a degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and a Higher Diploma in Applied Science in Software Engineering from University College Cork.
