Colleen Mazzola

Colleen Mazzola is an experienced HR technology leader currently serving as Senior Director of HR Technology and Operations at 8x8 since November 2022. Prior to this role, Colleen held several positions at PerkinElmer, Inc., including Director of HR Technology, where responsibilities included managing a comprehensive HR technology landscape for approximately 11,000 global employees and overseeing the successful integration of acquisitions. Colleen's earlier experience includes significant roles at IBM, Meteorix, Nuance Communications, and various HR positions, with a strong focus on Workday solutions and HR operations. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Suffolk University and has built a solid foundation in HR technology through numerous certifications and successful project implementations.
