Lavinia Salonariu

Lavinia Salonariu is an experienced senior manager in customer success operations, currently employed at 8x8 since May 2019, where responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and collaborating across departments to improve the customer experience. Prior to this role, Lavinia held various positions within the organization, including Manager and Team Lead, where leadership and training of customer success teams were key focuses, alongside process improvements based on customer feedback. Additionally, Lavinia served as an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer and previously worked at Yardi Systems as a Customer Experience Analyst. Lavinia is also the owner of Fari WoodArt since March 2019 and holds a Bachelor's degree from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu.
